A slightly odd shipment that Nectar has carried out recently is for a small work boat for the terminal in Freetown. The boat was shipped from Norfolk in the UK to Freetown where NSBT will use it for training and quayside inspections (for example checking the fenders and condition of the quayside wall) as well as assisting with taking staff out to ships at the inner anchorage.
The Pilothouse 20 is a tough, safe and secure boat with a lockable wheelhouse providing protection from the elements and commanding views from both the helm and Co-pilot seat. The large cockpit has safe high coamings and is self-draining.
Equipped with a powerful engine, we believe that “Shrimp” as it is called will provide many years of service to the team at NSBT.
