Glyn has a key leadership role at Nectar Group as the Chief Operations Officer. He is responsible for leading the operational management function of the company’s portfolio of port operations, assets and service delivery. This includes leadership oversight and monitoring the performance of the operations and ensuring a prioritised operational programme for improvement, renewals and growth.
With over 20 years of experience in the ports industry, Glyn has extensive knowledge of UK ports as well as developing international port operations with Nectar Group.
Glyn takes an active role in major operational and strategic decisions and has a proven record in driving growth and development throughout his career. With a combination of ‘hands on’ engineering and senior leadership experience; Glyn manages all technical aspects of equipment selection, design, development, and maintenance and contributing to the continuous improvement of procurement processes.
