The surveys have been completed, the equipment has been mobilized and work on the first stage of the project is progressing quickly. The development area has been cleared, foundation cuts have been made, and the steels are being fabricated ready for the Falseworks to be installed.

Due to open in the first quarter of 2016, stage one will include a 247m of Quayside and 5.9 hectares of operational / storage space. The terminal will have an annual capacity of 3 million tons and is expected to handle coal, clinker, silica sand & cement raw materials, as well as steel, fertilizer and other dry bulk cargoes.
