‘It is always refreshing to deal with a company that is straightforward and delivers on what is agreed and promised. Nectar is very much one of these businesses. We purchased equipment from Nectar late last year, the ordering and payment process was straightforward and the updates on how the unit builds were progressing was communicated well and often. The whole process was one of comfort. 

The timing of our units was extremely difficult, as the end of the build process coincided with the global lockdowns brought on by the covid-19 pandemic. But despite this, our units arrived pretty well on time and in perfect order. The Nectar team rose to the challenges presented throughout the contract and made sure that the whole operation all the way through to commissioning was smooth and stress free. Not such a simple task in the current global business climate.

The operational support during our commissioning and the first operation was very good and our machines once calibrated correctly worked brilliantly. We also received our commissioning engineers well before the arrival of our first cargo, despite the global challenges of physically moving people around the world given the current scenario.

Communication between the on ground team, the london office and us was always very quick and efficient and any issues that have arisen have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. The commitment to customer service cannot be faulted, and along with the quality of the machines was our main motivation in buying Nectar. A decision especially during such challenging times that proved to be invaluable. We look forward to continuing to work with Nectar and growing our business along with them.’
