Impac M Series

The Impac M60 Bagging Equipment is designed to handle 20 bags per minute of 50 kg bags. This equates to 60 metric tonnes (MT) per hour per unit. This is dependent on the specific characteristics of the product specific characteristics of the product.  

Maximum bag height is 1100mm.

The fully electronic, double weighing system has been approved and certified for accuracy by The Dutch Weights and Measures Authority (N.M.I), under license number T-1356. The system can give accurate weights +/_ 0.5% up to a capacity of 110kg.

During a typical bagging operation the Impac M60 Bagging Equipment bagging machine can be operated in a safe and efficient manner by the following personnel:

The number of personnel required can vary depending on the specific bagging operation but the above guidelines are sufficient for the majority of operations.

The Impac M60 Bagging Equipment is designed for use with any free flowing, granular product up to a particle size of 25 mm. It is ideally suited to the handling of cereals (such as rice, wheat & maize), fertilizers, sugar, pulses & beans.

The Impac M60 Mobile Bagging Unit is a specially designed and constructed bagging unit housed in a standard size ISO 10ft steel container measuring 10' x 8' x 8'6" (lxwxh). The Impac M60 Bagging Equipment can be handled with approved container handling equipment.

The Impac M60 Bagging Equipment contains a single bagging line. The bagging line is designed to provide bagging of free flowing commodity with a density of 0.70 to 1.25 tonnes per cubic meter at a speed of up to 20 bags per minute for 50kg bags. This equates to approximately 60m per hour per bagging machine.

Actual performance will depend on the type of product that is bagged, the speed at which the equipment is fed with product, the efficiency of the operators and how quickly the bagged cargo is taken away from the machine.

Weighers

One accurate, electronically controlled, Stainless Steel double nett weigher. This is equipped with two Stainless Steel dosing and metering valves, two weighbunkers, one bird-beak type antenna operated bag-clamp, operator control buttons and pilot lamps.

One Stainless Steel control box housing the electronic components, i.e., control units, counters, safety devices and control panels.

Bag Stitchers

One stitcher with a semi automatic control system. Yarn coil holders and pneumatic yarn cutting system included. Mounted on Stainless Steel column.

Conveyors

One Heavy Duty Stainless Steel belt conveyors (Sliderbed type).  This is equipped with a maintenance free drum drive motor with an anti-slip layer.  Adjustable bag guiding boards ensure proper movement of the filled bag.

Container

One container constructed of heavy gauge steel and coated with fertiliser resistant coating of 120 microns and an anti-slip floor. One internal fluorescent lighting set and one external flood light enabling 24 hour operation.
